-Clean and refresh your shoes only with products specifically designed for leather, suede, or textiles.
-Keep your shoes safe from water. If they do get wet, let them air dry naturally at room temperature—avoid direct heat, which can damage the upper.
-Store your shoes in the provided fabric bag, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Between wears, insert wooden shoe trees or crumpled paper to maintain their shape and absorb moisture.
-Have the soles resoled and the heels replaced only by a trusted cobbler.
